Be My Client and Help Me Measure Your Satisfaction

Surveys are all about asking the right questions. I want to help Balance Technology Group improve its customer satisfaction survey.

I want the survey to be quick and easy and, most of all, I want it to give me an accurate picture of how well I served you.

You can help be my pretending to be one of my clients. I just completed a project to help you translate one or more goals into an effective on-line strategy (website, e-mail campaign, etc). Now that we are done, what questions can I ask you that will let you effectively tell me how well I did?
