The local chapter of PRSA, PRSA-NCC, offers a workshop Management Skills for PR Professionals on Wednesday, January 20 from 2 – 5:30 p.m.
The event will be held at Johns Hopkins University Washington DC Center, 1717 Massachusetts Ave., N.W. , Washington, DC 20036. Metro: Dupont Circle South (Red Line)
Cost is $75 PRSA members/$95 non-members/ $25 students & retirees.
The workshop will help PR professionals learn to manage people and budgets with confidence and finesse. The agenda includes basic management and budgeting skills PR professionals need to become strategic managers and decision makers. Also covered will be how to motivate and manage the people on your team, how to influence the decision makers whose decisions affect you, and how to be smart when it comes to finances.
