Facebook Analytics is a free tool that lets you access audience demographics and measuring customer behavior across channels. Some new features were recently added. There is now more support for Facebook Pages and offline conversions that leverage artificial intelligence.
Here is an overview of the changes:
- Omni-channel analytics were added for Facebook’s family of apps and services with the addition of Facebook Page interactions, such as post reactions and shares, so you can measure and understand the interactions people have with your page alongside their other activity on your website and/or app.
- Customizable dashboards so you can focus on the analytics you care about.
- Added the ability to create event source groups directly from your dashboard.
